To provide our automated screening service, we collect and process the following information:

• Google Account Information: Your email address and secure OAuth2 tokens.
• Gmail Metadata: We monitor your incoming email headers (specifically the Sender's email, Subject line, date received, and Message/Thread IDs) via the Gmail API. We do not read, process, or store the contents/body of your emails.
• Transaction Details: Anti-spam deposits are securely processed through Stripe. We store transaction status, session IDs, and capture records. We never store or see your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data solely to run your anti-spam filter:

• Detecting cold emails from unknown senders.
• Moving unscreened messages out of your Primary Inbox to your secure Screening folder.
• Generating Stripe Checkout links for unknown cold emailers.
• Refunding deposits automatically when you reply to a sender.

3. Data Sharing & Security

Your privacy is absolute. We do not sell, rent, or share your email history or personal data with any third parties. All Google OAuth tokens and metadata are securely encrypted and stored in private cloud databases managed with industry-standard security safeguards.

4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

No Spam Email's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
