Welcome to No Spam Email. By connecting your Google account and using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

No Spam Email provides automated screening filters for your Gmail inbox. It isolates emails from unknown senders and requests a refundable deposit to deliver them to your Primary inbox. If you reply or whitelist them, the deposit is refunded. If you find the email unwanted or mark it as spam, you can capture and keep the deposit.

2. Stripe Financial Deposits & Refund Rules

All financial deposits are authorized on Stripe and held for up to 7 days before expiring. The hold is managed at the recipient's sole discretion:

• Refunds:If the recipient replies to the email, clicks "Refund", or whitelists the sender, the temporary authorization is immediately voided/refunded.
• Captures (Keeping Deposits):If the recipient decides to keep the deposit, the deposit amount is captured. Payouts are transferred to the recipient's connected Stripe account monthly, subject to platform processing fees.

3. Account Access & Authorization

By signing in, you grant No Spam Email permission to perform actions in your Gmail account (reading email headers, creating labels, archiving and moving messages, and managing webhooks) on your behalf to operate the service.

4. Termination

You can disconnect your Gmail and Stripe accounts at any time from your Control Center, which instantly halts all email intercepting, deletes all active watches, and deletes your Google OAuth2 tokens from our database.

5. Limitation of Liability

No Spam Email operates on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for any emails that are missed, delayed, or incorrectly filtered. Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
